COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
We collect the information you choose to provide through enquiries, assessment invitations, assessments and other contact with us. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, company, business sector, team size, message and assessment answers. We also record technical information such as an IP address, browser details, referring page and submission time to operate the site, protect forms against abuse and maintain submission records.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We do not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to any third parties.
USE OF INFORMATION
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, review your assessment, prepare relevant reports and follow up about your request. We also use technical information to administer and secure the website. Where you accept optional analytics, we use site-usage information to understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
Submitting an enquiry or assessment does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. You can ask us to stop promotional communications separately from messages needed to respond to your request or provide a service.
If you receive promotional communications from us, you can use the unsubscribe option provided, reply to the sender or call 1-866-967-1067 to ask us to stop.
THIRD PARTY SITES
This policy only addresses our activities from our servers. Other sites (including those that we link to within an advertisement, article or otherwise, and third party sites or services with which we offer or co-brand) may have their own policies, which we do not control, and thus are not addressed by this policy.
Form and assessment information may be sent securely from our server through Zoho Flow to Zoho CRM so our team can manage enquiries, invitations, assessment reports and follow-up. This transfer does not load Zoho tracking code in your browser or set browser cookies. We also use service providers to host the website and deliver messages relating to your request.
REVIEW AND REMOVAL OF YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE DATA
To ask about your personal information, request access or a correction, or ask us to delete information or stop using it for a particular purpose, use our contact page or call 1-866-967-1067 and identify your request as a privacy enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing records. We will explain any information we need to retain for legal, contractual or security reasons and respond in accordance with applicable requirements.
COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING METHODS
When you save a cookie preference, we keep a minimal server-side record containing a randomly generated anonymous consent ID, your choice, the notice version and the recorded time. This record does not contain your name, email address, IP address or browser details. We use it only to administer and demonstrate the privacy choices made through this site.
We use browser storage, including local storage, to remember your cookie preference and consent ID. This helps keep your choice in place between visits until it expires, you clear browser storage or the consent notice changes. The site may also use temporary browser storage to retain relevant contact details when you follow an assessment invitation to the contact form. Cookies and similar storage used for essential functions and security are separate from optional analytics. Blocking or clearing storage may affect these functions and cause the site to ask for your preference again.
THIRD PARTY TRACKING
When enabled, Google reCAPTCHA checks form and assessment submissions for spam. It loads when you submit and processes browser, device and network information for security analysis; it sets a security cookie and may use other Google cookies. This security check is separate from optional Google Analytics consent. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
If Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you accept optional analytics in our cookie banner. It uses cookies to help us understand site activity, such as page visits and engagement. You can continue with essential storage only and change your choice later using the Cookie settings control at the lower left of the page.
LEGAL DISCLOSURE
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
SECURITY
We use safeguards designed to protect personal information, including restricted administrative access and encryption of stored form and assessment submissions. Access is limited to people who need the information for their work. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
AMENDMENTS
Amendments to this policy will be posted at this URL and will be effective when posted.
CHANGES IN THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the home page, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page.
